My Heart Owls Stamp from Steph

I was so excited to get started on making a card with the stamp that Steph sent me.

Her Youtube user ID is sweetcraftychick, you may also view her beautiful work on her blog at:

Thank you so much Steph, I love my stamps.... I've loved owls (cute owls) for some time now, I've just recently started on a bird/birdcage kick too. I'm loving birds and birdcages whether it be stamps, home decorations, stickers etc., If it has owls/birds I'm loving it!

The size of my card is 4" x 4" and the supplies I used were the following:

Stamp: Heart Owls by Hero Arts
Paper: SEI paper collection "Bissette", watercolor paper from Stampin' Up!, the flower paper I don't know who it's from, it came in a variety pack I purchased from Etsy.

Flowers: Prima

Misc: Pearls (came from Michaels brand), scallop square (Nestabilities), Fern (Martha Stewart Punch), Ribbon (American Crafts), colored my image using Stampin' Up! watercolor wonder crayons (earth elements & bold brights)

I hope you are all having a great weekend and a Happy Easter as well.

3 x 3 Cards Using my Stampin' Up Watercolor Crayons

I was really anxious to try out my new Stampin' Up Watercolor crayons, so I decided to use them with my new set of stamps that I also purchased from Stampin' Up called "A Flower for all Seasons". The paper I used was from the DCWV stack called Flower Shower Spring Stack.

I started by stamping my image onto Stampin' Up watercolor paper. I really love using this watercolor paper.

I then, using my waterbrush, lightly pulled off the color off the color of the crayon I wanted to use and started to color my image. The colors went on so smooth and the results were great. I was really pleased with them.

Now the plastic boxes, I have had them for some time now. I don't remember where I purchased them from. I will do some research and as soon as I find out, I will post it on here. I think they will do cute little gifts for friends and family.

"Thank You" & "Thinking of You" cards

I couldn't wait to get started as soon as I received these stamps. I am really into birdcages and bird stamps at the moment, so I knew these were a must to get started.

The paper I used for these cards is from K & Co., and the stamps used are from My Cute Stamps called Ashley's Blossoms. The inspiration came from Michelle Wooderson. She created this card and I just had to bring it out to life on Youtube.
